this piece came to me already outlined. i simply added the color to bring it to life.
…oh, and decided to freehand the spiderwebs to make the piece more complete as well. 
met this awesome client in LA who wanted a graffiti-style piece commemorating her grandpa:

met this kickass new client as a referral from another kickass old client (word-of-mouth is the BEST advertisement hands down) who had some work already, but wanted to build on + expand what she already had. there were a couple of existing items, but we’re gonna tie it all together + put on the finishing touches to make it a MASTERPiECE.
here’s the first part:
the name was already there so i tightened it up a lil’ and added the surrounding flowers.

i freehanded this lil’ guy as a small element of a full, hard rockin’ sleeve – just a tiny piece of a much larger piece of work, but look what it got my client:
